Good day. Used this meter a while back and lend it to a client, but now I get the above error to register it. Any ideas please.

You can email us to let me know the SN(Please do not post the SN here).

We will help you search for the account it belongs to .

The only method is log in that account and delete this SN from it.
After this operation ,the SN would be released and can be added in new account
