Exactly, are you noticing that the local time is 9:00 PM, but the most recent data upload shown on the dashboard is only up to 8:00 PM?

Has this lag issue been occurring since the start of a recent day? Could it be related to the transition to "summer time" in your area? Please let me know which country you're in. While IAMMETER-cloud typically adjusts for summer time automatically, I'll need to verify this with my colleague to ensure it's functioning as expected in your region.
