Error with virtual battery meter

Something is wrong with the virtual meter calculations from home assistant for battery. You can see from the graph the feedin power exceeds the load power which can't be.

Home assistant correctly reports export of 210 Wh (0.210 kWh)

It seems we must be double counting something. Meters in use are 3 phase (A = grid, B = Solar generation, C = Hot water) and Single Phase (air conditioner, not used today but there is always a small amount of parasitic load)

The battery uses a seperate inverter from the solar input and there are no physical meters on it.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

To help us identify where the calculation may be going wrong, could you please provide the following information?

1.Meter configuration: How many meters are currently added to this Place? Please specify the Usage Type assigned to each meter in the Place settings.

2.Virtual meter: Which one is the virtual battery meter? Where does its data come from (e.g., Home Assistant), and how is the data sent to IAMMETER?

3.Current meter readings: Please visit https://cloud.iammeter.com/dz/user/siteListOverview to check the current readings of all meters in your Place. Do these values match your expectations?

If anything looks incorrect, please share screenshots of the current readings and your Place configuration.

With this information, we can compare the actual meter readings and identify where the calculation discrepancy occurs.

Best regards,
