I updated FW of my WEM3080T yesterday. System page provided me with i.91.063T31. According to this page, current FW version is i.91.063TS8. Can you please clarify?

Hi Daniel, Thanks for asking — this is a common point of confusion! The firmware versions listed in topic #11 (like i.91.063TS8) are the latest releases, but the correct firmware for your specific meter depends on its **hardware revision**. The WEM3080T has gone through several production batches, and different hardware versions use different firmware branches. The suffix in the version number (e.g., "T31" vs "TS8") indicates the hardware variant your meter belongs to. If your System page shows i.91.063T31, that is the correct and latest firmware for **your specific unit's hardware revision**. You don't need to worry that it doesn't match the "TS8" version — they're both current, just for different hardware variants. As a rule of thumb: always trust what the System page or the official firmware update tool offers for your device. It detects your hardware revision and serves the appropriate firmware automatically. Hope that clears it up!

Thanks.

I updated but get "no find file: api/energyhistory" when trying to access "http://192.168.1.13/api/energyhistory".

The S8 version is still not released on production, so if you upgrade  it from the app, it will not upgrade to S8 version .

You need to upgrade it manually (download the bin this page and upgrade it from the system tab )

TS8 is the latest (newest) version ,but not released in production.

T31 is the latest version in production ,not not the newest version.

The meter IMHO should still detect that the installed version is actually newer. Or do you want to allow downgrade to latest stable version?

FW versioning IMHO is super bad with IAMMETER. I couldn't even tell if TS8 or T31 was newer...

Yes, I agree with you .
The version number indeed lead users confused now.
we will correct this soon, push the latest released version i.91.064 and do not use the strange suffix such as TS08 in future version.

If you need, you can downward the version muanlly (upgrade the bin in web, not use the app to upgrade the firmware)
