My Meter (WEM3080T) is not indicating the right consumption value.

Have been using my Meter for several years and only found out that the grid consumption and exported energy values from my meter have not been sum up to the the right value As indicated from the smart meter installed from local power supplies company (Origin). Send the message to the meter supplier and the feedback is negative. Like to know what happened if someone one got an experiment please. Attached some conversation with the supporting team.
