I Have a customer who has a spike on utility voltage. Looks like I can review minute data, but there 60 seconds in that minute. 

Will this pick up that spike so i can review what time it happened?

The device uploads data to IAMMETER-cloud every 1 minute to avoid stressing the server. Historical records can't be reviewed with intervals less than 1 minute. 

For more frequent monitoring:

1. Use IAMMETER's local monitor feature (currently in the lab phase). Monitor the local energy meter(same WLAN) in the frequency of 1s/s @LabFun
2. Request data locally via Modbus/tcp or local API, allowing data retrieval every 1 second.
