Many Hybrid Inverters have DC batteries connected, for example Growatt SPH with Pylontech 48Vdc batteries. 

It would be great if you could find a solution.

As discussed here, please try to implement a solution for a DC smart shunt. (e.g., Victron smart shunt). I can guarantee that there are lots of DIY off grid folks there to purchase these products. If you can integrate this solution into Power Meter monitoring system under battery section it would be a great solution. (Believe me, we have 30K DIY off-grid Sri Lanka solar group in FB)
