Energy Balance (Bar Graph) shows inaccurate data

Hi Team,

My customer had a power outage on 12th September 2021 at 07:56 hrs for the whole day and there has been an error in the energy balance graph. The error is that the energy consumption between 07:00hrs - 07:56 hrs is split into 08:00, 09:00, 10:00....till 07:44hrs of the next day (13th September 2021) at which there is no power at all due to power outage. My team have sum up the energy consumption between 07:00 (12/09/2021) to 07:44 hrs (13/09/2021) and found that the energy consumption was close to the actual consumption between 07:00 hrs - 07: 56 hrs on 12/09/2021. Please provide us support.

Hi:

There is such logic in the khw/period calculation in IAMMETER-cloud.
If the initial kwh=1kwh @ 1:00 pm
Then the network is outage(for some unknown reason).
the network recover 3hours later, while the kwh=4kwh. @4:00 pm
Then the IAMMETER-cloud will calculate the kwh difference and average the difference in 3 hours.

Then you will see
From 1pm to 4pm, each hour`s kwh is all 1kwh.

May be the real situation is
From 1:00 -2:00 ,it is power outage,
From 2:00-4:00 it is network fail,

But because there is not uploading data during the 3 hours ,so IAMMETER-cloud will execute the average calculation .

Understood. Thank you for your support.
